Legislators, staff and onlookers prepare for the 2010 commemorative Capitol step panoramic photo

Legislators, staff and onlookers enjoy a rare blue-sky day while awaiting the cue for the commemorative Capitol step panoramic photo. The Legislature traditionally commissions the photo, and panoramas of each house. The photos are on display on the Capitol’s second floor, and commemorate the members and staff of each Alaska State Legislature.
